What You Can Expect Here

| Full Time Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 | A guaranteed salary provides stability and predictability. Your paycheck doesn't decrease because a client cancels or doesn't show. Salary placement is based on licensure status and relevant clinical experience. |
| Part Time Salary: $37,500 to $40,000 for a 25 hour work week | A 25 hour work week does not mean 25 billable hours. This is a true salaried 25 hour position with time intentionally built in for supervision, training, documentation, and administrative responsibilities. You are not expected to see clients for 25 hours and complete everything else outside of those hours. |
| Total compensation that can significantly exceed base salary | For full time clinicians, employer paid health and dental insurance, retirement contributions, PTO, paid holidays, funded training and supervision, and profit sharing can add substantial value beyond base salary. Our full time packages commonly exceed an estimated $80,000 in total value and may exceed $90,000 annually. For employees at the higher end of the salary range who utilize the full benefits package and qualify for profit sharing, total compensation may approach $100,000. |
| 100% employer paid individual health and dental insurance | For eligible full time employees selecting individual coverage, the practice pays the full premium, allowing more of your salary to stay in your paycheck. |
| 70% employer paid family health and dental insurance | Full time clinicians choosing family coverage receive a significant employer contribution toward the cost of covering their family. |
| 100% of Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave contributions paid by the practice | We pay the full Massachusetts PFML contribution rather than deducting the allowable employee portion from your paycheck. It is another way we choose to invest in our employees and allows more of your earnings to stay in your paycheck. |

| Profit sharing after one year | Eligible clinicians have an opportunity to participate financially in the success they help create. |
| Paid holidays + PTO | Time away from work is part of sustainable clinical practice. Paid holidays are provided in addition to PTO. |
| Weekly individual AND group clinical supervision | You have protected opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, work through challenging cases, collaborate with colleagues, and continue developing as a therapist. |
| Funded play therapy training | You don't need to arrive as an experienced play therapist. We invest in helping you become one through funded training, supervision, and hands on clinical experience. |
| Support toward licensure and RPT credentialing | For prelicensed and licensed clinicians, supervision and professional development are intentionally structured to help you progress toward important career milestones. |
| Clinical autonomy | We trust clinicians to be clinicians. Treatment decisions, including appropriate session length, are based on your clinical judgment and what your client needs rather than being dictated by a rigid productivity model. |
| Reasonable caseload expectations | We want clinicians focused on providing excellent care. Your work week recognizes that being a great clinician involves more than billable hours. It also requires time for documentation, consultation, supervision, preparation, and professional growth. |
| Flexible scheduling | Salaried clinicians have three required afternoon/evening days each week, with client sessions generally ending by 6:30 p.m. Beyond those requirements, clinicians have flexibility to structure longer and shorter days in ways that work for them. |
| Remote documentation time | After client sessions conclude, remaining documentation time may be completed remotely. |
| Fully equipped play, art, and sand tray spaces | You don't have to build a therapeutic space out of your own pocket. We provide environments and materials specifically designed for play, expressive, and developmentally responsive therapy. |
| Office and clinical supplies provided | The everyday tools and materials you need to do your job shouldn't have to come out of your own pocket. |
| A dedicated Escape Committee budget | Connection and team culture shouldn't just be something an employer talks about. We dedicate actual resources to helping colleagues spend time together, have fun, and build relationships. |

You don't have to already be a play therapist to belong here.
If you come to us with experience in art or expressive therapies, family systems, marriage and family therapy, parent child work, couples work, coparenting, or another complementary specialty, we want you to bring that expertise with you.
Then we'll help you add to it.
Through funded play therapy training, weekly individual and group supervision, hands on experience, and support toward Registered Play Therapist credentialing, you'll have an opportunity to intentionally develop play therapy as part of your professional identity.
