About
Jenna Thomas is a master’s-level mental health counselor who specializes in trauma-focused therapy for children and adolescents. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and is dedicated to helping young people heal and grow through compassionate, connection-based care.
Jenna believes that healing begins with connection. She works to build trusting, authentic relationships with her clients, creating a safe and supportive environment where children and teens can express themselves freely. Her sessions blend warmth, creativity, and developmentally appropriate expressive techniques to help young clients explore emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges.
Deeply relational and collaborative in her approach, Jenna partners closely with families to promote emotional well-being, resilience, and lasting growth. Whether supporting a child through trauma or helping them manage everyday stressors, Jenna offers individualized care that nurtures confidence, healing, and hope.
