She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University. Jessica has worked in diverse settings as both a mental health clinician and developmental specialist, including schools, client homes, and traditional office environments.

As a Certified Early Intervention Specialist, Jessica brings expertise in assessing developmental delays in infants through age three and providing behavioral supports to promote healthy development. Her background includes working as a behavioral specialist in a preschool setting, where she supported children exhibiting behaviors such as biting and hitting, as well as those experiencing attachment issues, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and trauma.

Jessica is passionate about helping families understand and respond to their children’s needs through the lens of the family system. She integrates play therapy and expressive modalities to engage children in meaningful growth and healing, while offering parents coaching and counseling to strengthen the family unit. Her strength-based, solution-focused approach empowers children and families to develop resilience, emotional awareness, and deeper connection through play.
