This event is the first in our free parenting series, designed to offer education, encouragement, and community for caregivers of our current clients

• Gentle, effective ways to set boundaries while keeping your child’s emotional world safe and supported
• Practical tools for calming and regulating yourself when emotions feel overwhelming
