* Blue Cross Blue Shield of [Another State], Independent BCBS Plans, or Federal Plans – If you are selecting an appointment with one of our Prelicensed, Master’s level clinicians please contact your insurance provider to make sure they will cover “supervisory billing services, or incident to billing, for a supervised prelicensed clinician” before booking an appointment with us. (Our independently licensed LMHC’s and LICSW’s are able to bill these plans and do not require you to call prior to scheduling).

We are also able to provide a Superbill for clients wishing to use Out of Network benefits.
